Hillandale Volunteer Fire Department would like to that the community in advance for supporting the Toys for Tots program.

The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS), along with other Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area fire departments, are participate with the United States Marine Corps in the 2011 'Toys for Tots' Program All MCFRS fire stations and worksites will serve as public drop-off sites for new, unwrapped toys, as well as financial contributions, when appropriate. MCFRS fire stations will collect toys to provide holiday gifts for underprivileged children beginning on/about November 22 and continuing through December 22, 2011.

PLEASE NOTE: We will accept only new, unwrapped toys. Toys that may be used as weapons, or that may be considered to be weapons (i.e., toy guns or knives of any kind) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The age-range served by the program includes infants, toddlers and children up to 17 years old
